"I heard there is no cost to join. What's the catch?"
There is no charge for this service up front but rather when you find your new Sales Role, we do ask you to make a contribution of $100.00 at your 30 day mark of employment there at your new home (we think this is fair. If this is not a fit - our only fee, you can stop reading here.). We use this money to send coffee, "thank you" cards, etc to the companies that hire our HTC Teammates. It's not a pressure situation but when you are now making 50K-70K or more remotely, we think $100.00 is reasonable. It's just an opportunity to keep the positive energy flowing and we take what you "give back" and we pay it forward as well along with covering a little of our time.
In addition to being a HTC Teammate that we will help package and present, you will also receive Anthem's Shogun Sales Training (CLICK HERE) with your investment (you will learn objection handling the way is supposed to be done - prior to closing the client, how to build a chatbot for yourself to grow your Brand as well as give this $1000.00+ service to your clients with the code you will receive, the Art of PreSelling Any Small Business, where businesses and opportunities are to make money aside from your offer, etc as downloadable modules with 30 days of support from Anthem.).

A member of HTC will call (with your comfort, advance notice, and consent) your Hiring Manager a week after your start date to check in and offer a complimentary Sales Training Module (or LIVE training with their Team). Again, there is no cost to them as this consolidates and builds the relationship between you and your new home as well as they skill up their Team with our valuable training that just makes morale and sales increase! The Hiring Manager will understand how unique you are, that you've invested in yourself because you want to earn a position with them, and they will love that they are getting a HTC Teammate enhancing their Team versus an "applicant that wants a job".
Here are the steps you will take and we will package them up for you.
1. First you will take a simple Personality Test. It's from Tony Robbins and this is something that right away gives the potential hire a way to make it EASY to understand you. We send this off with your personal HTC File. The test takes about 20 minutes to get through and it is extremely valuable for your introspective growth and again, a layer of value to the hiring managers. When we have these three steps completed from you, we will set up a call together. This call will just be a meet and greet as well as a casual Intro from you, some questions and answers between a HTC Rep and you, a light "role play" (we will help you) that we will record to add to your HTC Profile.
Again there is no cost at this time, but be prepared to invest about $30.00 into a third party site that will do a background check on you (we don't collect that money). If you notice, most of the High Ticket Space is just anyone with minimal to no skills as a Setter or Closer just emailing random Hiring Managers, Owners, and Decision Makers whenever they want to as they offer no real value proposition. Sure, they might learn what to say to "network" into a role but do the Hiring Managers really know who they are getting?
